As B2B marketers start to adopt more B2C marketing practices, budgets have shifted to make sure they are reaching their customers where it counts the most… social media.
While putting together the 2014 State of B2B Marketing Benchmark Report, information was collected from over 100 B2B marketing professionals onsite at The B2B Multichannel Summit in Phoenix, AZ to see where they were with their social media spend.
- 97% of respondents said that they were not looking to cut-back on their spend for social media marketing.
- Twitter and Facebook are the two platforms where B2B marketers are increasing their marketing spend
- 73% of participants said that they do not spend any of their marketing budgets on Pinterest
