Infographic Alert: Brands at eTail with the Most Social UGC

If you hadn’t figured it out yet, I’m here in sunny Palm Springs for eTail West 2013. After one full day of summits on Search, Email, Mobile/Tablet and Web Usability, I’m happy to say the show is rockin’!

We’re now onto day two – tons of good stuff ahead.

As I was perusing our morning Twitter action, I noticed an infographic getting a lot of social sharing – it caught my eye immediately. ReadyPulse has posted a graphic all about the brands that are at eTail and are creating the most user generated content through social channels. Good on you guys for creating an awesome infographic that I, of course, cannot resist posting!

Here are the highlights:

Macy’s is one of the most followed of eTail’s attending brands with nearly 10.5 million Facebook fans.
68% of the testimonials that users generated about these brands were generated by women.
– The average number of engaged fans for each brand is nearly 100K.
