The hotel business is not one to fall behind in e-commerce trends. If anything, it’s often ahead of the curve as so many of its bookings now happen online, and increasingly, through mobile devices.
At the Luxury Interactive conference, which took place this past June in New York City, Kerry Kennedy, VP, E-Commerce, Omni Hotels, participated in a panel titled “The Mobile Wave of the Future: Integrating Mobile Marketing to Drive Revenues,” moderated by Ronit Weinberg, former VP E-Commerce/ Online Marketing, Diane Von Furstenberg, featuring industry influencers like Russ Moorehead, VP Online Strategy, Aveda, Mickey Khan, Editor-in-Chief, Mobile Marketer and Jason Taylor, VP Global Strategy Usablenet.
