Video Interview: Annabel Kilner on MyDeco’s innovative content/e-commerce strategies

At the end of last year, I had the pleasure of sitting down with the lovely and gracious Annabel Kilner, Head of US Business Development for In the recent excavation of videos from my various memory cards, I found this treasure of a clip and am delighted to share it with you.

Here, Annabel talks about the development of in the US and how she and her team have managed to create a successful e-commerce operation that is chock-full of content and builds customer loyalty through its interior design expertise, and through interactive on-site features such as 3D design and mood board applications. It’s the type of site that any design-obsessed or savvy gal (count me as one) or bloke could find themselves spending hours on, choosing everything from affordable pillows to luxury sofas…and before you know it, you’ve had so much fun that you can’t resist buying something.
