At this year’s Luxury Interactive in New York City, hot topics included social media, maintaining brand integrity while using online platforms to market and build brands, good vs. bad design and mobile devices. Marisa Thalberg, VP, Global Digital Marketing for the Estee Lauder Companies, talked about all of this to me in a short (about 5-minute) interview on site.
