According to Louisa Shipnuck of Verizon Digital, Millennials are the harbingers of the future when it comes to digital experiences. At least, that’s what her data suggests.
In her presentation at eTail West, Louisa uses an in-depth study to highlight the key digital behaviors of millennials, from their demand for up-to-the-minute content to their desire for form and function in digital devices. She then uses these insights to give us a glimpse of the future of online content and digital interaction.
