Mobile is, has been, and will continue to be the number one “game changer” in retail. Companies that have mastered how to close the conversion gap will win customers by exceeding their expectations. This year’s winner in the mobile category is: Staples!
Social media continues to evolve. The number of channels that consumers use to engage in brand conversations are increasing, so to is the importance of social interactions that foster these conversations. This year’s winner in the social category is: Lowe’s!
